2.Eligibility: The “Faith Hill Season 2 Promotion” ("Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States or District of Columbia or Canada (excluding residents of the Province of Quebec), who are at least 18 years of age and who have an active e-mail account and Internet access prior to the beginning of the Promotion. Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months prior to the start of the Promotion, performed services for Coty US LLC, LeadDog Marketing Group, iris USA Inc., any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Promotion or supplying the prizes, persons involved in the creation, development or production (including cast and crew) of the “Faith Hill Webisode Series” (“Show”) and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or win a prize. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year, whether related or not. Potential winners may be required to provide proof of 50 U.S./D.C or Canadian legal residency upon request prior to prize award. Void outside of 50 U.S./D.C., in Quebec and where prohibited by law.
2.Promotion Entry: The Promotion begins on or about 1:00:00 pm EDT on 11/19/09 and ends 12:59:59 pm EST on 2/11/10 (“Promotion Period”). Administrator’s computer is the official clock for this Promotion. There will be six (6) separate and distinct Contest Periods during the Promotion Period.

To enter, navigate the Internet to www.faithhill.com/fragrances (“Web site”) and click on the icon for the “Faith Hill Season 2” Contest (“Contest”).
Step 1 (Registration):
A) If you are an existing faithhillfragrances.com member, simply sign in on the Contest page with your email address and password; or B)
If you are not a faithhillfragrances.com member, you must register by clicking on the link located on the Contest home page. You must be a member of faithhillfragrances.com in order to participate in the Promotion. You will be asked to provide your full name and email address. You may be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails and reminder e-mails from Sponsor. Consenting to receive promotional or reminder e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed upon in order to be eligible to participate in the Contest and does not improve your chances of winning. In the event you do consent to receive these e-mails, the use of such e-mails shall be subject to the privacy policy of http://www.coty.com/ and you may opt out of receiving these e-mails at any time.
Step 2 (Submission of answer to bi-weekly question):
Contestants (also referred to as “entrants” and “participants”) must submit an answer to the bi-weekly question. To submit an answer to the bi-weekly question, contestants must type their answer (“Essay”) completely in the text box portion of the entry form (“Entry”). Essay must be written in English and be no more than 250 words. Answers to bi-weekly questions must be submitted on-line as part of the entry form (e-mail attachments will not be accepted). Do NOT include any videos or other materials with your entry. Correspondence and inquiries concerning the Promotion will not be accepted or acknowledged. Any Entry, which in sole opinion of Sponsor is deemed to be inappropriate for publication will be disqualified.
(a) Entry Parameters: Except as specifically stated below, in Rule (b), once an Entry is submitted it cannot be changed, altered or modified, becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Entries: (i) must be the original and sole creation of the entrant, and all right, title and interest including but not limited to the copyright in any Entry, must be owned solely by the submitting entrant, (ii) may not have been submitted in any other competition, (iii) may not have been published, (iv) may not infringe upon any third party’s rights, including but not limited to, copyright, patent or trademarks/tradenames/logos, or rights of privacy or publicity, or contain material that is or may be considered defamatory, slanderous or libelous, or portray or depict any person, product or entity in a false light, (v) may not violate any law, rule or regulation, (vi) may not contain any virus, bugs, or other deleterious material, and (vii) may not, for example but not limited to, contain, profanity, defamatory statements, words or symbols widely considered offensive to individuals of any certain race, ethnicity, religious, sexual orientation or socioeconomic groups, threats to any person, place, business, group or world peace; and each entrant (and each entrant’s parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence) warrants and represents that his/her Entry complies with all of those conditions. Entries cannot contain, among other things, the trademark, tradename or logo of any third party or entity or product (including but not limited to the trademark, tradename or logo of any product competitive with any Faith Hill Parfum product), cannot name, or describe any person (living, dead, or fictional) other than the Entrant, and cannot contain any material that is protected by copyright. Any non-complying Entry with any of the above will be subject to disqualification. By entering, each Entrant (and each entrant’s parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence) grants permission for the use of his/her Entry, and his/her name, to be posted on the Internet and Web site or any web site in connection with this Contest, and the advertising, promotion, and publicity of the Contest, and otherwise, as stated in these Official Rules (as solely determined by Sponsor); and each Entrant warrants and represents that he/she has all right and authority to grant such permission. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, however, there is no obligation of the Sponsor or any other person or entity to post or make any use of the Entry of any particular entrant, or of any entrant.

(b) Entry Limits: Limit one (1) Contest Entry per person/email address per Contest Period. Entries into each Contest Period from any entrant must be completely original and unique from that entrant for that Contest Period. Should an entrant wish to submit a non-winning Entry that the entrant submitted in a prior Contest Period into a subsequent Contest Period, then that Entrant may change, alter, and/or modify the Entry and submit only the changed, altered or modified Entry into the subsequent Contest Period. Multiple entries in excess of the stated limitations or mass entry attempts by any method will result in disqualification of all Entries by such person/email address. Entries must be manually key-stroked by the entrant; use of automated entry devices or programs, or entries by third parties by any method of entry, is prohibited. Entries must be received and recorded by the Administrator’s computer during a particular Contest Period to be eligible for that Contest Period. Entries that do not conform to these Official Rules or are submitted in any manner other than stated in these Official Rules will be disqualified.
5. Rights: By submitting an Entry, each Entrant acknowledges and agrees that if the Entry is determined to be a Prize winner, by acceptance of a prize, each winning Entrant (and winning entrant’s parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor in winner’s jurisdiction of residence) grants to Sponsor and its licensees, sublicensees, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Rights Holders”), the exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicenseable right and license (including but not limited to, all intellectual property and proprietary rights including without limitation patents, trademarks, and copyrights) to use, perform, exhibit, reproduce, manufacture, construct, tailor, distribute, sell, offer to sell, import and/or otherwise exploit the Entry in any manner and in any and all distribution channels, venues or media now known or hereafter devised (collectively, the “License”) The rights granted pursuant to the License shall also include, without limitation, the right to: (a) change, alter, distort, edit or revise the Entry, or any part thereof; and (b) make derivative works based on the Entry, or any part thereof. Each Entry will be deemed a Work Made For Hire under the Copyright laws of the United States, but if it cannot be so deemed, then each Winner (and winner’s parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor in winner’s jurisdiction of residence) irrevocably sells, assigns and transfers to Sponsor all of Winner’s right, title and interest in and to winner’s Entry, including but not limited to all copyright and trademark rights which Winner may have, in the United States and worldwide, therein, for consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged. Upon request of Sponsor, each Winner (and winner’s parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor in winner’s jurisdiction of residence) shall execute and deliver such additional instrument of sale, transfer and assignment, as may be solely deemed by Sponsor, reasonably necessary to establish the ownership of record of the right, title and interest in and to the subject Entry and of the copyrights, and trademarks transferred. Should Sponsor fail to request the said additional instrument of sale, transfer and assignment as stated, that shall not be deemed a waiver of Sponsor’s rights and Sponsor may at a later time request that instrument, and the stated winner agrees to honor and comply with such request.
6. Judging/Winnng: For each Contest Period, all Eligible Entries received and recorded during a Contest Period will be judged by an independent panel of expert judges based equally (33 1/3 points available for each) on the three following criteria; (1) uniqueness of essay (2) suitability as a topic for conversation (3) overall potential appeal to the Faith Hill Parfums brand audience. The Entry with the highest overall score will be deemed the Contest Period potential winner. In the event of a tie, the Entry from among all such tied Entries with the higher/highest score in the “overall potential appeal to the Faith Hill Parfums brand audience” will be deemed the winning Entry. Judging will take place on or about the Friday following each Contest Period. Decisions of the judges are final and binding in all respects as regards the judging.
7. Bi-weekly Contest Period Prizes (6 Winners): Each bi-weekly Contest winner will receive one (1) Faith Hill signed fragrance (1.7 oz / 50 ml EDT). ARV: $31.50 each.
ARV of bi-weekly Contest Period prizes are based on approximate retail value of items autographed by Faith Hill; resale, barter or trading value of autographed items may differ from time to time due to market conditions, and no representation is made as to any said value.
8. Sweepstakes Random Drawing: All eligible entries into the Contest portion of the Promotion will be entered into the Sweepstakes portion of the Promotion. One Grand Prize potential winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period on or about 2/18/10. Drawings will be conducted by LeadDog Marketing Group, an independent judging organization/Administrator whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Promotion. If the selected entrant is a Canadian resident, he/she must correctly answer unaided a mathematical skill-testing question within a predetermined time limit by phone or mail in order to be considered a potential winner. TO ENTER BY MAIL (without entering the Contest): On a 3”x5” card, handprint your full name, phone number, email address (if any) and date of birth. Send in an envelope via USPS to “The Faith Hill Season 2 Sweepstakes” c/o LeadDog Marketing Group, 159 W. 25th St., 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10001. Mail in entries must be postmarked by 2/11/10 and received by 2/17/10. Entries received after 2/17/10 are void. Limit one (1) entry per outer mailing envelope and per mailing address. Limit one (1) mail in entry per Contest Period (see Contest Period schedule above) for a total of six (6) mail-in entries. There is a maximum of six (6) entries by entering the Contest and/or mail entry per person and per email address for the Promotion Period. Registrations, entries or mail in entries generated by script, macro or other automated or mechanical means (including mechanically reproduced mail in entries) or by other means that subvert or intend to subvert the registration/entry/Game play process (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) are void and may result in disqualification. All registrations/entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
9. Grand Prize, Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") and Odds: Grand Prize Winner will win a 3-day/2-night trip for the winner and one guest (at least 18 years old or the age of majority in guest’s jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older) to meet Faith Hill. Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation for winner and guest between a major airport near winner’s U.S. home and major airport in city of meeting (airports to be selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion); 2-night hotel accommodations (one standard room, double occupancy, hotel to be selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion); round-trip ground transportation between destination city’s area airport and hotel. Total Approximate Retail Value of prize: $3,500.00.
Meeting Faith Hill has no cash value and is subject to Faith Hill’s availability and professional commitments. Grand Prize winner and his/her guest will meet Faith Hill, for a period of up to 30 minutes at time and location to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, with a Sponsor representative (and perhaps other individuals) also being present at all times. Faith Hill will NOT autograph items other than those items indicated in prize description. Grand Prize winner and/or guest must follow all instructions of Sponsor relative to meeting Faith Hill and, should Grand Prize winner and/or guest fail to adhere to any such instructions or engage in unruly, obnoxious, anti-social or otherwise inappropriate behavior (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), Sponsor will, without further notice or warning, eject Grand Prize winner and guest from meeting with Faith Hill and/or take other actions as Sponsor deems appropriate in its sole discretion without any liability or other obligation to winner or guest. If meeting Faith Hill is offered for shorter than the indicated time period, for any reason other than inappropriate behavior by winner or quest, Sponsor’s sole liability shall be limited to awarding the remaining elements of the prize or prize(s) to winner, as solely determined by Sponsor. Winner is solely responsible for all costs and expenses not specified herein, including, but not limited to, meals, tips, hotel incidentals and additional ground transportation. ARV of Grand Prize is based, in part, on approximate retail value of items autographed by Faith Hill; resale, barter, or trading value of autographed items may differ from time to time due to market conditions, and no representation is made as to any said value.
Actual value of trip may vary based on point of departure and dates of travel. If the Grand Prize winner lives within 150 mile radius of destination city, in lieu of air transportation, round-trip ground transportation will be provided by Sponsor between Grand Prize winner’s U.S. home and hotel, and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. Prize travel must be completed by December 31, 2010 and Grand Prize winner must provide at least 45 days advanced notice prior to intended date of departure. Accommodations and travel are for two adults sharing one accommodation. Trip is non-transferable and cannot be extended beyond the valid date. The Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all other expenses related to trip not specified herein, including but not limited to meals, beverages, tips, taxes and hotel incidentals. Grand Prize winner and guest must travel together on specified itinerary, including same departure date, destination and return date or Grand Prize may be forfeited in its entirety. Accommodation restrictions and blackout dates may apply. All travel dates and arrangements are subject to change, availability and Sponsor’s approval. Sponsor and its agencies are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay. Certain documentation and requirements may be necessary for travel, such as photo identification. Grand Prize winner and his/her guest are solely responsible for any documentation and requirements and determining applicable procedures and restrictions. In addition, the Grand Prize winner may be required to present a valid credit card at the hotel at the time of check-in. Winner and guest must provide own transportation to and from departure airport. Grand Prize winner’s guest must execute a Release of Liability and Release of Publicity (where legal), which must be returned prior to issuance of travel documents.
Odds of winning Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period.
10. Additional Prize Restrictions : If a winner cannot accept a prize as stated in its entirety the winner will forfeit his/her prize and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. No substitution, transfer or cash redemption of prizes except Sponsor in its sole discretion may award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize is unavailable at time of awarding. All federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winners. Grand Prize winner will receive a 1099 tax form reflecting actual value of prize won. Canadian residents will not receive an IRS Form 1099, but state and federal tax withholdings may still apply. If winner is a Canadian resident, he/she will be responsible for any applicable tax liability and/or filings as may be required under Canadian law.
11. Winner Notification: Potential winners will be notified by e-mail and/or phone on or about 2/18/10. Failure to respond to the initial verification e-mail within 3 business days after notification or return of e-mail notification as undeliverable after 2 attempts will result in disqualification, and prize forfeiture. Potential winners may be required to complete, sign and return within 3 business days of date on notification an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Indemnification, and a Publicity Release where allowed by law. If documents are not returned on a timely basis, or if any notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if a potential winner of any prize is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, such prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. If potential winner is disqualified for any reason, prize will be awarded to an alternate winner selected from in accordance with winner determination stated in these Rules. Trip winner’s guest must complete, sign and return a Liability Release and where lawful a Publicity Release prior to issuance of travel documents. Once a travel guest is determined the guest cannot be changed without the express approval of the Sponsor which may be withheld for any reason. If winner is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, prize may be awarded in the name of, or to, winner’s parent/legal guardian who must execute all documents and agree to all obligations and undertakings of winner, both on behalf of himself/herself and winner, or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the authorized holder of the transmitting e-mail account. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
12. Limitations of Liability: Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, postage due or illegible, mail or Internet connections or email; or for any computer, telephone, wireless, satellite, cable, network, electronic, Internet or phone hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability, or garbled, corrupt or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/website/use net/accessibility, availability, or traffic congestion, Internet contact, or any technical error, or program errors or malfunctions or unauthorized human intervention, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of registration, Entry, or other information, or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information. The Released Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Web site users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion and assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, technical error, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the Web site. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, as solely determined by Sponsor, including but not limited to by infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failures that can corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. In such event, Sponsor shall conduct the Promotion and award the prizes from all eligible entries (both Contest and Sweepstakes, as applicable) received prior to and/or after (as appropriate as solely determined by Sponsor) the action taken by Sponsor or otherwise award the Promotion prizes in a manner which is fair, appropriate and consistent with the spirit of these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Notice of cancellation/termination/ modification/suspension of the Promotion will be posted on the Web site. The right is reserved by Sponsor to disqualify any individual found, at its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or Web site, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules, or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Released Parties are not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this Contest. Entrants (and each entrant’s parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence) further agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Promotion and/or prevent others from participating in the Promotion. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE OR WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION VIOLATES CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE OR AN INDIVIDUAL OTHERWISE ATTEMPTS TO DEFRAUD SPONSOR (E.G., BY TAMPERING WITH A GAME PIECE), SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY ENTRANT MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
13. Additional Conditions : By participating, entrants (and entrants parent/legal if entrant is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence) agree to be bound by and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and/or Promotion Administrator, which shall be final and binding in all respects. By participating in this Promotion, entrants (and entrants parent/legal if entrant is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence) agree to release and hold harmless Coty US L.L.C., LeadDog Marketing Group, iris USA Inc., the Entry judges, their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage (whether due to negligence or otherwise) to person(s), including death, and property or breach or failure or any representation or warranty, or infringement upon any third party’s rights, (including but not limited to, copyright, patent or trademarks/tradenames/logos, or rights of privacy or publicity, or inclusion of material that is or may be considered defamatory, slanderous or libelous, or portray or depict any person, product or entity in a false light) arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Promotion, or participation in any Promotion or travel activity and/or from the acceptance misuse or use of any prize(s). By entering, winners by accepting a prize (and winners’ parent/legal if entrant is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence) authorize the Released Parties to use their name, voice, likeness, photograph, prize information, biographical data and city and state of residence in programming, advertising, trade and/or promotional material and on a winner's list (if applicable) in all media now known or hereafter discovered, world-wide and on the World Wide Web and Internet, at any time, in perpetuity, without additional compensation (where permitted by law) and without review, approval or notice, to the extent permitted by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor's sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.
SPONSOR MAKES NO WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE USE OF ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ITS QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
14. Disputes: Arbitration/Choice Of Law: Except where prohibited, entrants (and entrant’s parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, or any prize awarded, or the determination of the winners, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the Rules of the American Arbitration Association, then effective, and (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and/or Released Parties in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine, and all proceedings shall take place in the City of New York, County of New York.
15. Privacy Policy: The entry information provided is subject to the Privacy Policy on www.faithhill.com/fragrances. To read that Policy, access the www.faithillfragrances.com Web site and then click on the Privacy Policy link.
16. Winners List: For the names of winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: “Faith Hill Season 2 Promotion”, c/o LeadDog Marketing Group, 159 W. 25th Street, 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10001, for receipt no later than 2/29/10. Canadian residents only may omit return postage.
